摘  要:为明确风道系统中各结构对空调室内机风量与噪声的影响规律,利用数值模拟的方法对室内机风道系统的气体流动进行了计算,分析了蒸发器尺寸、电加热位置和前涡舌宽度对室内机风量与噪声的影响。同时,通过仿真分析与实验验证,最终得到蒸发器尺寸、电加热位置和前涡舌宽度影响空调风量和噪声的规律,且存在一个值使其综合最优,为后续风道系统设计提供理论指导。In order to clarify the infiuence of each structure in the air duct system on the air volume and noise of the indoor unit,the numerical simulation is used to calculate the gas fiow in the air duct system of the indoor unit,and the infiuence of the evaporator size,the electric heating position and the width of the front vortex on the air volume and noise of the indoor unit is analyzed.At the same time,through the verification of air volume and noise experiments,the rule of the infiuence of evaporator size,electric heating position and the width of the front vortex lingual on air volume and noise of the air conditioner is finally obtained,and there is a value to make the comprehensive optimal,which provides theoretical guidance for the subsequent duct system design.
