健康家电与家庭健康管理的标准发展

摘　　要：家电健康化发展趋势明显,但目前还主要局限于过滤、消杀细菌/微生物、甄别有毒有害物质等功能,缺少满足生活实际需要的全范围解决方案及应用场景,缺少面对老年、母婴的整体解决方案。家庭健康管理是家电产业的未来发展方向。搭建基于现有家电产品的健康家电标准体系与面向未来的家庭健康管理标准体系,数据采集、辨识、干预构成健康管理的主体,现有健康家电标准多集中在产品端,是“干预”的执行者,相比之下,辨识、感知端的产品与技术标准相对薄弱。标准化工作应发挥引领性,从顶层设计考虑产品设计、制造、运输、使用全产业链的技术标准体系,助力实现集成人工智能、大数据、互联网技术的家居场景服务平台。There is apparent tendency of healthful electrical appliances in the industry,however they are only applied for the filtration,sterilization and detection of hazards microorganisms while lack of application scenarios for real needs in daily life.Health management is the further direction for the industry.The current standardization system for health electrical appliance based on product features and the next-generation household health management system have been both descripted.Data collection,identification,and intervention constitute the main body of health management,while the existing health appliances are related to products,which is the executor of"intervention".In contrast,the product and technical standards for identification and perception are relatively weak.Standardization work should play a leading role involving product design,manufacturing,transportationand use with the technical standard system of the entire industry chain from the top-level design to help realize commercialization of the home scene service platform that integrates artificial intelligence,big data,and Internet technology.
