摘　　要：袋式脉冲除尘器在机械化粮库除尘系统中应用广泛,为方便使用人员对该设备更好地了解、维护和检修。本文介绍了粮库除尘系统中常用脉冲除尘器的特性、工作原理、主要参数,提出了粮库中使用该设备时的检测方案,包括检测的主要参数、检测时使用的检测方法和注意事项以及评判标准,并针对使用过程中可能出现的常见问题进行分析,提出了排查与应对方法。Bag type pulse dust collector is widely used in dust removal system of mechanized grain depot.In order to facilitate users to better understand,maintain and overhaul the equipment.The characteristics,working principle and main parameters of pulse dust collector commonly used in grain depot dust removal system are introduced.This paper puts forward the detection scheme when using the equipment in the grain depot,including the main parameters of the detection,the detection methods and precautions used in the detection,and the evaluation criteria.The common problems that may occur in the process of use are analyzed,and the troubleshooting and countermeasures are put forward.
