摘 要:随着全球化进程越来越快,体育事业获得了更广阔的发展空间,不仅项目类型越来越丰富,而且从事体育训练的运动员数量也越来越多。为了能够进一步凸显体育运动的公平性和竞技性,在一些大型的体育赛事中,对运动员身体形态的要求相对较高,尤其是举重、摔跤、花样滑冰以及体操等项目的运动员。本文主要研究食品营养管理对运动员身体形态的影响,并提出了通过食品营养管理改善运动员身体形态的措施。With the faster and faster process of globalization,the sports industry has gained a broader space for development.Not only the types of sports are becoming more and more diversified,but also the number of athletes engaged in sports training is increasing.In order to further highlight the fairness and competitiveness of sports,in some large-scale sports events,the requirements for athletes’body shape are relatively high,especially for weightlifting,wrestling,figure skating,gymnastics and other types of athletes.This paper mainly studies the influence of food management on athletes’body shape,and puts forward some measures to improve athletes’body shape through food nutrition management.
