摘 要:我国已初步建立起食品安全信息披露机制及食品安全追溯体系,但从消费者角度分析和评价食品安全信息披露以及追溯体系的现状及其作用的研究仍十分有限。这些问题对于相关机制和系统的进一步发展和完善具有重要意义。通过对一个初步建立起食品安全追溯体系的试点城市(西安市)的消费者进行问卷调查,本文从消费者评价的角度分析目前我国食品安全信息披露机制和食品安全追溯体系的实施现状,发现消费者对信息质量和数量的需求未得到满足、信息披露渠道有限、追溯体系推广不足等问题,最后针对这些问题提出了对策建议。China has established food safety information disclosure mechanism and implemented food safety traceability system.However,it is not clear how consumers evaluate the quality of food safety information and the function of food safety traceability system yet.Consumers’evaluations are important to the development and strengthening of the disclosure mechanism and traceability system.This study surveyed consumers in Xi’an,which has established food safety information disclosure mechanism and traceability system,in order to understand the status quo and analyze problems within implementation.Three main problems are governments’supply of food safety information does not match consumers’demanding of it,channels for food safety information disclosure are limited and information from different channels fragmented,and the promotion of food safety traceability system is not sufficient.Suggestions and advice to regulators are suggested to solve the above problems.
