摘　　要：我国金属矿产资源普遍呈贫细杂等特点,有用金属矿物大部分呈细粒或微细粒嵌布,要使得目标矿物充分解离就必须细磨,传统的球磨机因磨矿能耗高、作业效率低、环境不友好,难以满足矿山绿色低碳发展的需要。塔磨机作为一种高效节能的细磨设备得到了广泛的关注和应用。介绍了塔磨机的工作原理、结构特点、技术特点,以及在铁矿、有色金属矿、稀贵金属矿中的应用案例。对国内外具有代表性的塔磨机进行了对比分析,指出了国内塔磨机研究提升的方向。Metal mineral resource in China generally appears low grade,fine particle size and complex composition,and the most of the useful metal minerals are fine or micro-fine disseminated.In order to achievefully dissociated for the target minerals,fine grinding process is necessary.The traditional ball mill is difficult to meet the needs of green and low-carbon development of mines because of high energy consumption,low operating efficiency and unfriendly environment.As a kind of high efficiency and energy saving fine grinding equipment,tower mill has been widely concerned and applied.The working principle,structure features and technical characteristics of tower mill,and its application cases in iron ores,nonferrous metal ores and rare metal ores are introduced in this paper.The typical tower mill at home and abroad are compared,and the improving direction of the research on the tower mill in China is pointed out.
