摘　　要：为推动安徽建筑石料行业的平稳健康发展,在介绍了安徽省砂石矿产资源概况和开采与管理现状的基础上,通过趋势预测和人均模型法预测,认为2021—2025年安徽省砂石资源需求将持续旺盛,年均需求量约3.5亿t。提出了“十四五”砂石设置建议:强化规划准入,摸清砂石资源家底;落实资源储量明确、矿区土地权属清晰的“净矿”出让;探索建筑石料矿差别化管理制度,鼓励地下开采矿山和进行生态修复的矿山开展石料综合利用,为区域经济发展提供砂石资源保障。In order to promote the stable and healthy development of building stone industry in Anhui Province,based on the introduction of the general situation of sandstone resources in Anhui Province and the present situation of mining and management,it is considered that the demand for sandstone resources in Anhui Province will continue to be strong from 2021 to 2025 predicted by tendency and per capita model method,with an average annual demand of about 350 million tons.Suggestions on sandstone setting in the"14th Five-year Plan"are put forward:strengthening planning access and finding out the resources of sandstone,implementing the transfer of"net ore"with clear resource reserves and clear land ownership in mining areas.exploring the differentiated management system of building stone mines,and encouraging underground mining mines and ecological restoration mines to carry out comprehensive utilization of stone materials,which provide sandstone resources guarantee for regional economic development.
