摘 要:露天矿山的新水平开拓工程作业空间狭窄,但往往要求施工快速、高效。通过调整工序,将抽排水工作布置在穿孔工序之前,以提高成孔率、改善爆破质量;通过合理分配穿孔作业空间,使用小孔径炮孔和倾斜炮孔,将出入沟与开段沟合区进行穿爆,加快了爆区的成区速度。通过与传统工艺的对比,优化后的穿爆工艺工期大大缩短。The new level development project of open pit mines has a narrow working space,but often requires fast and efficient construction.By adjusting the process,the pumping and drainage work is advanced before the perforation process to increase the porosity and improve the blasting quality.By rationally distributing the perforation operation space,using small-diameter blastholes and inclined blastholes,the entry and exit trenches and the open-section trenches are pierced and blasted,which speeds up the formation speed of the blasting area.Compared with the traditional process,the optimized blasting process construction period is greatly shortened.
