摘  要:为削弱和尚桥铁矿爆破振动对周边环境的影响,采用数码电子雷管开展了不同微差间隔的现场爆破试验,采用指数函数进行回归得到了不同延期时间的爆破振动速度拟合公式。研究表明,微差时间对爆破振动速度影响明显;随着微差时间的不断增加,振动速度呈现出波浪形变化趋势;当测点在40 m范围内,微差时间16 ms时振速最小;当距离增加到60 m时,微差时间32 ms时振速最小。对于爆破近区的保护,适宜采用孔间微差16 ms,远区适宜采用孔间微差32 ms。当采用澳瑞凯高精度导爆管雷管时,在距离爆区60~100 m有保护对象时,推荐采用孔间微差25 ms,其他区域采用孔间微差17 ms。In order to weaken the impact of blasting vibration of Heshangqiao Iron Mine on the surrounding environment,digital electronic detonators were used to carry out on-site blasting tests with different micro-difference intervals,and exponential function was used to regression to obtain blasting vibration velocity fitting formulas with different delay times.The research shows that the millisecond time has obvious influence on the blasting vibration velocity.With the increase of the millisecond time,the vibration velocity presents a wave-like change trend.When the measuring point is within 40 m,the vibration velocity is the smallest when the millisecond time is 16 ms.When the distance increases to 60 m,the vibration velocity is the smallest when the differential time is 32 ms.For the protection of blasting near zone,the appropriate millisecond delay time is 16 ms,and the appropriate millisecond delay time is 32 ms in the far area.When using the Orica high-precision detonator detonator,when there is a protection object 60~100 m away from the blast area,it is recommended to use a 25 ms millisecond delay time,and 17 ms millisecond delay time in other areas.
