摘 要:针对贵州某缓倾斜极薄钼镍矿体的赋存特征,分析了开采技术条件,确定采用上向水平削壁充填采矿法。阶段高度为20 m,通过削壁充填处理采空区,削壁厚度为1.2~1.5 m,脉外布置斜坡道,回采工艺为矿岩分爆分采,低矮微型铲运机运输。经过试验采场应用,计算发现矿石损失率降低了8%,贫化率降低了15%。同时,该采矿方法可保证采场作业安全,提高矿块生产能力高,降低开采成本,可用于类似钼镍矿资源开发。According to the occurrence characteristics of a gently inclined extremely-thin Mo-Ni orebody in Guizhou,the mining technical conditions are analyzed,and the upward horizontal cutting wall filling mining method is determined.The stage height is 20 m,the mined-out area is treated by cutting wall filling,the cutting wall thickness is 1.2~1.5 m,and the ramp is arranged outside the vein.The mining process is divided into blasting and mining of ore and rock,and the low-rise micro shovel transport.Through the application of the experimental stope,it is found that the ore loss rate is reduced by 8%and the dilution rate is reduced by 15%.At the same time,the mining method can ensure the safety of stope operation,improve the production capacity of ore block and reduce the mining cost,which can be used for the development of similar Mo-Ni ore resources.
