摘  要:兴茂公司从密地选矿厂尾矿中回收钛铁矿采用了螺旋溜槽预选抛尾,钛回收率不足10%,且TiO_(2)品位仅提高1个百分点左右。为解决该问题,现场采用SLon-4000型立环脉动高梯度磁选机进行了钛回收试验和生产实践。SLon-4000型立环脉动高梯度磁选机在密地选钛厂总尾矿再回收钛中的成功应用,为解决我国微细粒级钛铁矿选矿技术难题,大幅度提高钛铁矿的回收率、降低选钛生产成本发挥了重要的作用。Xingmao Company recovered ilmenite from tailings in Midi concentrator by pre-concentration and discarding with spiral chute.The titanium recovery rate was less than 10%,and the grade of TiO_(2) only increased by about one percentage point.To solve the problem,SLon-4000 vertical ring and pulsating high-gradient magnetic separator was used to carry out titanium recovery test and production practice on site.The successful application of SLon-4000 vertical ring and pulsating high gradient magnetic separator in the recovery of titanium from the total tailings of Midi titanium concentrator has played an important role in solving the technical problems of fine ilmenite ore dressing in China,greatly increasing the recovery rate of ilmenite and reducing the production cost of titanium separation.
