摘 要:某低品位金矿石金品位为0.65 g/t,金矿物主要为自然金,嵌布粒度较细,以裸露金为主。为确定适宜的浸出工艺技术条件进行了氧化型助浸剂过氧化钙用量试验和后续正交试验。结果表明,添加过氧化钙可有效提高金浸出率,过氧化钙用量为0.5 kg/t时的金浸出率48.1%;显著影响金浸出率的因素为矿石粒度和过氧化钙用量,各因素中影响的主次顺序为矿石粒度、过氧化钙用量、布液强度、氰化钠浓度,最优组合为过氧化钙用量0.5 kg/t、氰化钠浓度0.06%、矿石粒度P_(80)=6 mm、布液强度6 L/(m^(2)h),此条件下金浸出率达53.4%。A low-grade gold ore is with a gold grade of 0.65 g/t,and the gold mainly occurrs in native gold with fine disseminated,which are mainly bare gold.In order to determine the appropriate conditions of leaching process,the dosage test of leaching agent calcium peroxide and orthogonal test were carried out.The results showed that the calcium peroxide can improve the leaching rate of gold,and the leaching rate of gold could reach 48.1%with calcium peroxide dosage of 0.5 kg/t.The factors that significantly affecting the gold leaching rate are particle size of the ore and calcium peroxide dosage,and the sequence of factors is particle size of the ore,calcium peroxide dosage,liquid drip strength,sodium cyanide concentration.The optimal combination is calcium peroxide dosage of 0.5 kg/t,sodium cyanide concentration of 0.06%,particle size of the ore of P_(80)=6 mm,liquid drip strength of 6 L/(m^(2)·h),in which gold leaching rate can reach 53.4%.
