摘 要:湖北某冶炼炉渣铜含量为2.87%,以硫化铜形式赋存的铜占总铜的68.99%。为确定该二次资源回收铜的适宜工艺进行了浮选试验研究。结果表明,试样在磨矿细度为-45μm占80%的情况下,采用硫化处理—1粗2精2扫浮选流程处理试样,获得了Cu品位为28.47%、回收率为93.74%的铜精矿,试验指标良好,可以作为该二次资源回收铜的依据。The copper content of a smelting slag in Hubei is 2.87%,and the copper in the form of copper sulfide accounts for 68.99%of the total copper.Flotation experiments were carried out to determine the suitable process for copper recovery from secondary resources.The results showed that when the grinding fineness of the sample is-45μm accounting for 80%,the sample was treated by sulfidizing treatment and one roughing two cleaning two scavenging,and the copper concentrate with Cu grade of 28.47%and recovery rate of 93.74%was obtained.The test index is good,which can be used as the basis for the recovery of copper from the secondary resource.
