摘 要:为了开发利用云南某矿区低品位磷矿石,采用X射线荧光分析仪(XRF)和矿物自动定量分析系统(AMICS)对该磷矿石的化学成分、矿物组成、矿物嵌布特征、磷灰石粒度分布、单体解离与连生特性进行了系统的工艺矿物学研究。结果表明:该磷矿石为硅钙质高倍半氧化物磷矿石,需要通过选矿的方法脱除部分石英、白云石、硅铝酸盐矿物和褐铁矿以富集磷灰石;磷灰石的单体解离、微细粒磷灰石和微细粒脉石矿物是影响磷灰石选别指标的主要不利因素;磷在各粒级分布较均匀,无法通过筛分的方法预先抛除部分尾矿;硅主要赋存在石英中,在细粒级(-0.038 mm)富集明显,浮选脱除具有较大难度。研究结果可为该磷矿选矿工艺的制定提供一定的指导。In order to develope and utilize a low-grade phosphate ore in a mining area in Yunnan,the chemical composition,mineral composition,mineral embedded characteristics,particle size distribution of apatite,monomer liberation and adhesion characterisitic had been systematically studied by using X-ray fluorescence analyzer(XRF)and advanced mineral identification and characterization system(AMICS).The results showed that the phosphate ores was a calcium silicate high-magnification semioxides phosphate ores.In order to enrich apatite,a beneficiation method was required to remove part of quartz,dolomite,aluminosilicate minerals and limonite.The monomer liberation of apatite,fine-grained apatite and fine-grained gangue minerals were the main unfavorable factors affecting the beneficiation performance.Apatite was evenly distributed in each particle size,so it is different to prediscarding part of tailings by screening.The most of silicon was existed in quartz and riched in fine particle size(-0.038 mm),which was difficult to be removed by flotation.The research results could provide some guidance for beneficiation process formulation.
