摘  要:为了安全拆除复杂环境下2座倒锥壳薄壁钢筋混凝土水塔,根据周边环境及水塔结构特点,制定定向倒塌的爆破方案。通过精心设计类正梯形爆破切口和参数、开设导向窗、定向窗,采用多重近体防护、开挖减震沟或利用场地水池减震等措施,爆破后水塔按照设计倒塌,达到了预期效果,没有出现后坐现象,爆破飞石和塌落振动等爆破有害效应均控制在安全允许范围内。实践表明,检修门位于支撑区正中间时,只要切口开设合理,可以不用封堵。In order to safely dismantle the two inverted cone shell thin-walled reinforced concrete water towers in a complex environment,a blasting plan for directional collapse was formulated according to the surrounding environment and the structural characteristics of the water towers.By carefully designing the normal trapezoidal blasting incision and parameters,setting up guide windows and directional windows,adopting multiple near-body protections,excavating shock absorption trenches or using site pools for shock absorption.After the blasting,the water tower collapsed according to the design and achieved the expected effect.There was no recoil phenomenon,and the harmful blasting effects such as blasting flying stones and slump vibration were controlled within the safe allowable range.Practice has shown that when the access door is located in the middle of the support area,as long as the incision is opened reasonably,it is not necessary to block it.
