摘　　要：“十二五”时期以来,在政策与市场的推动下,我国环保产业进入高速成长期,在各领域取得了长足进步和跨越式发展,环保产业的创新能力和科技含量显著提升。文章介绍了我国城镇水环境治理行业的发展现状,指出随着气候变化问题的提出,环保产业已经扩大到可能具有防止和减少污染、节约能源和减少资源投入等效应的新领域。城镇水环境治理行业将成为推动我国经济发展新旧动能转换、产业结构加速升级、提升经济整体绿色竞争力、引领经济社会发展绿色转型的重要支撑。Since the 12^(th) Five-Year Plan period,driven by both policies and the market,China's environmental protection industries have entered a period of rapid growth,with considerable progress and leapfrog development in various fields,and the innovation ability and technological contents of environmental protection industries have been significantly improved.This paper introduced the current development situation of urban water environment treatment industry in China.It also pointed out that along with the issue of climate change,the environmental protection industries had been expanded to new areas that might have the effects of preventing and reducing pollution,saving energy and reducing resource input,and thus a variety of industry sectors and services had been derived.The urban water environment treatment industry will play an important supporting role in promoting traditional drivers to be replaced by new ones in China's economic development,accelerating the upgrading of industrial structure,improving the overall green competitiveness of economy,and leading the green transformation of economic and social development.
