摘　　要：文章介绍了我国生活垃圾处理处置行业的发展现状,指出“十三五”时期是生活垃圾处理行业发展的重要节点,2019年城镇生活垃圾无害化处理率增速首次低于了城镇化率增速,城市生活垃圾焚烧处理量首次超过了填埋处理量,无害化处理率作为行业的核心和任务已基本完成。“十四五”期间应当明确垃圾减量化和资源化是政策和管理的重点,明确垃圾分类是生活垃圾综合管理的基础,推动垃圾分类进入法制化时代。This paper introduced the current development situation of domestic waste treatment and disposal industry in China,and pointed out that the 13^(th) Five-Year Plan period was an important node in the development of domestic waste treatment industry.In 2019,the growth rate of municipal domestic waste harmless treatment was lower than that of urbanization for the first time,and the incineration volume of urban domestic waste exceeded the landfill volume for the first time;as the core and task of the industry,harmless treatment rate was basically achieved.During the 14th Five-Year Plan period,it should be made clear that waste reduction and resource recycling are the focus of policy and management,that garbage sorting is the basis of comprehensive domestic waste management,and that garbage sorting should be pushed into a law-based era.
