摘  要:研究XAD-7HP型大孔吸附树脂纯化款冬粗多糖的影响因素。采用单因素分析法考察了影响款冬花多糖纯化效果的主要因素款冬花多糖的上样浓度、上样速度、乙醇洗脱液浓度、洗脱速度四个因素。结果表明款冬花多糖的最佳纯化工艺为:0.3208 mg/mL的款冬花多糖液以1.0 mL/min的速度上样,采用65%的乙醇溶液以1.0 mL/min的流速进行洗脱。经XAD-7HP树脂纯化后,款冬花多糖的纯度达到了72.98%,纯化效果显著。The influencing factors of XAD-7HP MACROPROUS ADSORPTION RESIN for purification of polysaccharide from Farfarae Flos were studied.The main factors affecting the purification effect of polysaccharide from Farfarae Flos of the sample concentration,the sample rate,the ethanol eluent concentration and the elution speed on the purification effect of polysaccharides were investigated by single factor analysis.The results showed that the optimum purtication process of polysaccharide polysaccharide from Farfarae Flos was as follow:the sample concentration was 0.3208 mg/mL,the sample rate was 1.0 mL/min,the ethanol eluent concentration was 65%and the elution speed was 1.0 mL/min.The content of coltsfoot polysaccharides increased to 72.98%,the purification effect was significant.
