摘 要:采用硫化钠-聚铝铁絮凝沉淀工艺对湖南水口山有色金属有限公司生产过程产生的含铊废水进行处理。通过探究硫化钠加入量、搅拌速度、废水初始pH变化等因素对铊去除效果的影响,确定了最佳工艺流程及最佳工艺条件。结果表明,调节水样pH为3.0~5.0,温度在5~35℃时,加入硫化钠1.2 kg/m^(3),快速[(350±50)rpm]搅拌40 min后立即投加聚合氯化铝铁0.03 kg/m^(3),再慢速(100~150 rpm)搅拌60 min,经过24 h静置沉淀后用水系0.22μm微滤膜过滤,测得出水能满足铊≤0.1μg/L的要求。此工艺操作简单、生产成本低,处理效果好,可规模化应用。The thallium containing wastewater produced in the production process of Hunan Shuikoushan Nonferrous Metals Co.,Ltd.was treated by sodium sulfide polyaluminium ferric flocculation sedimentation process.By exploring the effects of sodium sulfide addition,stirring speed and initial pH change of wastewater on thallium removal effect,the best process flow and process conditions were determined.The results showed that when pH of the water sample was adjusted to 3.0~5.0 and the temperature was 5~35℃,add 1.2 kg/m^(3) of sodium sulfide,stir quickly[(350±50)rpm]for 40 min,add 0.03 kg/m^(3) of polyaluminium ferric chloride immediately,stir slowly(100~150 rpm)for 60 min,and used water system for 0.22μm after 24 h of standing precipitation microfiltration membrane filtration,the measured effluent can meet thallium≤0.1μg/L.This process has the advantages of simple operation,low production cost,good treatment effect and large-scale application.
