摘 要:采用卫红花为原料,以红花黄色素相对提取率为响应值,通过单因素实验和响应曲面法对卫红花中有效成分提取工艺进行了优化。结果表明,超声波辅助下红花黄色素提取最优条件为提取时间32 min、料液比13.5(V/w)、提取温度37℃、提取次数2次,在此最优条件下,红花黄色素的提取率为36.95%。通过试验,色素提取率与模型预测,表明了模型的可靠性。Using Weihui safflower as raw material,taking the extraction rate of safflower yellow pigment and the relative extraction rate of Safflower Carthamin as response values,the extraction process of effective components from Weihui safflower was optimized by single factor experiment and response surface method.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of safflower yellow pigment were as follows:extraction time was 32 min,solid-liquid ratio was 13.5(V/w),extraction temperature was 37℃,extracted 2 times.Under the optimal conditions,the extraction rate of safflower yellow pigment was 36.95%.Through the experiment,the extraction rates of the pigment were consistent with the predicted values of the model,indicated the reliability of the model.
