摘 要:某油田联合站污水具有很强的腐蚀性和很高的矿化度,对联合站内的重要生产设备除油器(20#钢)造成了腐蚀。本论文拟采用非金属材料PVDF作为除油器的材质,采用宏观实验和微观实验两种方法模拟现场污水环境,研究并分析矿化度和温度这两种主要影响因素对PVDF的影响。实验结果分析表明,矿化度值和温度值越大时,PVDF的硬度值、抗冲击性能越小,内部结构发生微小变化,热稳定性降低。The sewage from a combined station of an oil field has strong corrosivity and high salinity,which has caused corrosion to the deoiler(20#steel)of the important production equipment in the combined station.The non-metallic material PVDF was used as the material of the degreaser,and the on-site sewage environment was simulated by macro experiment and micro experiment.The effects of two main influencing factors,salinity and temperature,on PVDF were studied and analyzed.The analysis of the experimental results showed that when the salinity value and temperature value were larger,the hardness value and impact resistance of PVDF were smaller,the internal structure changed slightly,and the thermal stability decreased.
