摘  要:将Ufer理论纳入蒙脱石的多相Rietveld定量分析中,采用X射线粉末衍射法(XRD)测定蒙脱石中各物相的含量,并以方英石、石英为例验证方法的准确性,建立蒙脱石中各物相的定量测定方法。结果表明:采用对照品加入法,方英石、石英分别在0.1%~10%、0.4%~10.4%范围内,加入量与计算值呈良好线性关系(r>0.999),该法的重复性、准确度良好,该方法可用于蒙脱石中各物相的定量分析。The Ufer theory was incorporated into the multiphase Rietveld quantitative analysis of montmorillonite.The content of each phase in montmorillonite was determined by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD).The accuracy of the method was verified by taking cristobalite and quartz as examples,and the quantitative determination method of each phase in montmorillonite was established.The results showed that the addition amount of calcite and quartz had a good linear relationship with the calculated value(r>0.999)in the range of 0.1%~10%and 0.4%~10.4%respectively by using the reference substance addition method.The repeatability and accuracy of this method were good.This method can be used for the quantitative analysis of various phases in montmorillonite.
