摘 要:采用原子吸收分光光度法测定纺织品中的总铅和总镉含量。微波消解法消解纺织品样品,用火焰原子吸收分光光度计测定纺织品中总铅和总镉含量。发现方法线性关系良好,铅和镉线性相关系数均大于0.999,铅和镉方法检出限分别为5.7 mg/kg和2.0 mg/kg,回收率zai 92~105%之间,相对标准偏差RSD均小于5%,可满足纺织品中总铅和总镉的日常检测要求。本方法可用于对GB/T 30157-2013《纺织品总铅和总镉含量的测定》标准的补充。The contents of total lead and total cadmium in textiles were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The contents of total lead and total cadmium in textiles were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer.The detection limits of lead and cadmium were 5.7 mg/kg and 2.0 mg/kg,respectively.The recoveries ranged from 92 to 105%,and the relative standard deviations(RSDS)were all less than 5%,which could meet the daily detection requirements of total lead and total cadmium in textiles.This method can be used to supplement GB/T 30157—2013“determination of total lead and cadmium content in textiles”standard.
