摘 要:医药行业在生产过程中排放的挥发性有机化合物(volatile organic compounds,VOCs)是造成大气环境污染的重要因素之一。本文采用活性炭吸附-蒸汽脱附工艺对某制药企业污水站的高浓度丙酮和乙酸乙酯进行处理。现场风量为35000 m^(3)/h,进口丙酮和乙酸乙酯平均浓度为371 mg/m^(3)和135 mg/m^(3),本系统对二者的去除率分别为95%和96%,最终排气筒出口的非甲烷总烃的质量浓度为23.95 mg/m^(3),治理效果优良,满足《制药工业大气污染物排放标准》(GB 37823-2019)和《工业企业挥发性有机物排放控制标准》的排放要求(DB 12/524-2020)。Volatile organic compounds(VOCs)emitted by the pharmaceutical industry during the production process are one of the important factors that cause atmospheric pollution.The activated carbon adsorption-steam desorption process was used to treat high-concentration acetone and ethyl acetate in the sewage station of a pharmaceutical company.The air volume on site was 35000 m^(3)/h,and the average concentration of imported acetone and ethyl acetate was 371 mg/m^(3)and 135 mg/m^(3).The removal rate of this system was 95%and 96%respectively,and the mass concentration of non-methane total hydrocarbons at the outlet of the final exhaust cylinder was 23.95 mg/m^(3).The treatment effect was excellent,and it met the emission requirements of Pharmaceutical Industry Air Pollutant Emission Standard(GB 37823-2019)and Industrial Enterprise Volatile Organic Compound Emission Control Standard(DB 12/524-2020).
