摘 要:目的以截留分子量50 kDa的聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)超滤膜为基底膜,制备SiO_(2)填充改性的聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)复合膜(简称SiO_(2)/PDMS),优化制备工艺,并考察其蒸汽渗透分离石菖蒲油水混合液的性能。方法采用涂布法制备SiO_(2)/PDMS复合膜,考察SiO_(2)填充比例、交联温度及交联时间等因素对SiO_(2)/PDMS复合膜性能的影响,采用SEM/EDS、FTIR、接触角等对复合膜材料进行表征,并且通过对石菖蒲油水混合液的蒸汽渗透过膜实验来对复合膜制备过程的影响因素进行优化,评价复合膜的渗透汽化性能。结果SiO_(2)填充剂可降低PDMS膜的疏水性,提高膜渗透通量及分离因子。SiO_(2)填充比例、交联温度及交联时间等因素对SiO_(2)/PDMS复合膜蒸汽渗透分离石菖蒲油水混合液的性能均有不同程度影响。优化的制备工艺为SiO_(2)填充量4%,交联温度50℃,交联时间12 h。结论SiO_(2)/PDMS复合膜可提高膜的分离性能,在中药挥发油分离富集方面具有一定的应用前景。Objective To prepare a SiO_(2)filled modified polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)composite membrane(referred to as SiO_(2)/PDMS)with a polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)ultrafiltration membrane with a molecular weight cut-off of 50 kDa as the base membrane,to optimize the preparation technology,and to dertermine the performance of its steam permeation separation of Acorus calamus oil-water mixture.Methods SiO_(2)/PDMS composite film was prepared by coating method,and the effect of SiO_(2)filling ratio,crosslinking temperature and crosslinking time on the properties of SiO_(2)/PDMS composite film was investigated.The factors influencing the preparation of the composite membrane were optimized by vapor permeation experiment of the oil-water mixture of Acorus calamus.The pervaporation performance of the composite membrane was evaluated.Results SiO_(2)filler reduced the hydrophobicity of PDMS membrane and improved the membrane permeation flux and separation factors.Factors such as SiO_(2)filling ratio,cross-linking temperature and cross-linking time had different effects on the performance of SiO_(2)/PDMS composite membrane in vapor permeation separation of Acorus calamus oil-water mixture.The optimized preparation process included 4%SiO_(2)filling,50℃crosslinking temperature and 12 h crosslinking time.Conclusion SiO_(2)/PDMS composite membrane can improve the separation of the membrane,and has a certain application prospect in the separation and enrichment of volatile oil in traditional Chinese medicine.
