摘  要:目的优选三金排石合剂的提取工艺。方法采用HPLC法测定槲皮素、山柰酚等指标,以层次分析法(AHP)联合CRITIC法计算权重系数,多指标综合评分结合Box-Behnken设计-响应面法考察加水量、提取时间、提取次数对三金排石合剂提取工艺的影响,优选水提取工艺。结果优化得到的最佳工艺为:加水量为10倍量水、提取时间为0.5 h、提取次数为3次。结论响应面法优化的方程拟合度良好,该提取工艺科学可行,可用于三金排石合剂的制备。Objective To optimize the extraction process of various components and indexes in Sanjin Paishi mixture.Methods Quercetin and kaempferol were determined by HPLC.The weight coefficient was calculated by analytic hierarchy process(AHP)combined with critical method(CRITIC-AHP).The effects of water addition,extraction time and extraction times on the extraction process of Sanjin Paishi mixture were determined by Box-Behnken response surface methodology,and the water extraction was optimized.Results The optimal process was as follows:10 times of water volume,extraction for 0.5 h,and 3 extractions.Conclusion The fitting degree of the equation optimized by response surface method is good,and the extraction process is scientific,feasible,and suitable for the extraction of Sanjin Paishi mixture.
