摘　　要：雄黄作为传统矿物类中药,使用历史悠久,具有燥湿祛痰、解毒、杀虫的功效。现代研究证实雄黄还能治疗多种恶性疾病,在临床应用广泛。然而,由于雄黄含有重金属元素砷,毒副作用较强,其应用安全性和科学性一直饱受争议。本文综述了近年来关于雄黄中的形态砷和价态砷的相关研究,包括雄黄中的形态砷、价态砷的种类及其毒性,形态砷在机体内的转化和蓄积,肠道菌群对雄黄代谢的作用以及雄黄的形态砷和价态砷分析的应用,以期为深入研究雄黄中的形态砷和价态砷提供参考。Realgar,a traditional mineral medicine,has been used for a long time.Realgar can eliminate dampness and phlegm,detoxicate and kill insects.Modern studies have proved that realgar can also treat many diseases,so it is widely applied in clinical practice.However,the safety and science of its clinical application remain controversial because of its strong toxicity and side effects caused by arsenic,the main ingredient in realgar.Related studies on the speciation and valence state arsenic in realgar in recent years were reviewed.The types and toxicity of speciation arsenic and valence arsenic in realgar the transformation and accumulation of speciation arsenic and valence arsenic in vivo,the effect of gut microbiota on the metabolism of realgar,and the application of analysis of speciation arsenic and valence arsenic in realgar were discussed.These summaries are expected to provide references for further study of speciation arsenic and valence arsenic in realgar.
