摘　　要：强化高质量科技服务平台发展,推进智慧城市基础设施建设,具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。论文根据区块链技术特征及综合科技服务平台现存问题,构建了基于区块链的“智慧型综合科技服务平台”并从三个维度进行了平台架构分解,最后以“山东省科技云平台”为例进行了实例分析。研究表明,基于区块链的智慧型综合科技服务平台是一个集多主体在内的可跟踪、可溯源、智能化的安全服务平台,其构建旨在利用先进技术促进科技服务平台发展,并为智慧城市基础设施建设提供一定的参考经验。It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to strengthen the development of high-quality science and technology service platform and promote the infrastructure construction of smart cities.According to the technical characteristics of blockchain and the existing problems of integrated technology service platform,this paper constructs an “smart technology integrated service platform” based on blockchain and decomposes the platform architecture from three dimensions.Finally,the research takes “Shandong Science and Technology Cloud Platform” as an example for analysis.It shows that the intelligent comprehensive science and technology service platform based on blockchain is a traceable,traceable and intelligent security service platform with multi-agents.Its construction aims at promoting the development of science and technology service platform by using advanced technology which provide some reference experience for the infrastructure construction of smart cities..
