摘　　要：现行对于乳房疾病的病机认识众说纷纭,调肝在临床中重视不足。文章通过辨析“乳为肝窍”的含义,强调乳房与肝在生理上紧密相连,病理上相互影响,从而为从肝论治乳房疾病提供了有力的病理生理学基础,对疏肝法、清肝法、柔肝法、平肝法在乳房疾病的临床应用进行了论述,同时提出并论述了调肝法治疗乳癖、乳痈、乳衄、乳岩、乳疬,为后续临床研究提供借鉴。There are different opinions on the pathogenesis of breast diseases.But,dysfunction of the liver played an indispensable role in breast disease,which had not yet been paid more attention.Based on the analysis of“breast is the opening of liver”,it emphasized the interaction between breast and liver in physiology pathology,which provided a powerful pathophysiological basis for the treatment of breast diseases from the liver.In addition,some regulating the liver methods including soothing the liver,removing the heat from the liver,softening the liver,relieving the depressed liver were introduced to apply for breast disease.At the same time,it is proposed and discussed that the treatment of liver-regulating method in breast hyperplasia,mastitis,thelorrhagia,breast cancer,gynecomastia,and provides a reference for follow-up clinical research.
