基于“课堂—论文—竞赛—社会实践”四维联动的国际贸易创新人才培养模式研究

摘　　要：面对全球经济新形势及我国对外开放新格局,如何从人才培养角度助力“双循环”格局的发展,对高校的国际贸易专业创新型人才培养模式提出了更高质量的需求。在回顾我国高校国贸人才培养现状的基础上,提出了以“课堂—论文—竞赛—社会实践”为核心的四维联动培养模式,分别从四个维度出发,遵循从理论到实践再回归理论的循序渐进的培养方针,提出新形势下国际贸易创新型人才的培养路径方案,对于本科院校国际贸易专业创新型人才培养具有重要意义。In the face of the new situation of global economy and the new pattern of opening up in China,how to promote the development of the“Dual Cycle”pattern from the perspective of talent training has put forward the requirement of higher quality for the innovative talent cultivation mode of international trade major in colleges and universities.On the basis of reviewing the current situation of cultivating international trade talents in colleges and universities in China,this paper proposes a four-dimensional linkage cultivation mode with“classroom-thesis-competition-social practice”as the core.Starting from four dimensions,and following the gradual cultivation policy of returning from theory to practice,it puts forward the proposal of cultivation paths for innovative talents in international trade under the new situation,which is of great significance to the cultivation of innovative talents in international trade major in undergraduate colleges and universities.
