高校教师发展中心功能结构及建设路径探究

摘　　要：近年来,随着国家一系列相关制度文件的出台,高校普遍建立了教师发展中心,标志着我国的教师发展工作正式进入到了规模化、制度化的阶段。通过分析目前国内高校教师发展中心的功能结构,总结教师发展工作中存在的问题,从加强顶层设计、组建专业化教师发展团队、开展高质量的发展活动、推进资源高效利用、在后疫情时期保障教学质量等方面,提出建设路径优化建议。In recent years,with the introduction of a series of relevant national regulation documents,faculty development centers have generally been set up in colleges and universities,which marks that China s faculty development work has officially entered into the stage of scale and institutionalization.By analyzing the function structure of the current domestic faculty development centers in colleges and universities,this paper summarizes the problems existing in faculty development work,and puts forward suggestions for optimizing the construction path from the aspects of strengthening the top-level design,establishing professional faculty development teams,carrying out high-quality development activities,promoting the efficient use of resources,and ensuring the teaching quality in the post-epidemic period.
