摘 要:机械筛管是疏松砂岩油藏的聚合物驱注聚井主要防砂形式,筛管的选型和参数优化不但要考虑对地层砂的防砂效果,还需要考虑注聚期间筛管对聚合物溶液黏度保留率。通过筛管内注聚合物实验、挡砂堵塞实验以及堵塞后注聚合物实验,分析不同缝型缝宽绕丝筛管的堵塞规律及挡砂情况,结合过筛管聚合物黏度保留率进行综合性能对比。结果表明:干净筛管对聚合物黏度损害较低,而筛管堵塞后对聚合物黏度损害大大增强,重新注聚时的自解堵能力对聚合物黏度起决定性影响。缝型结构对挡砂堵塞影响明显,是否有利于形成砂粒桥架沉积决定了筛管堵塞程度。对于目标油区中值粒径130μm地层砂,180μm精度倒梯形缝筛管表现出最优综合性能。该研究考虑筛管对聚合物剪切降粘特点和挡砂堵塞,提供了一种综合对比评价方法,可为注聚井绕丝筛管防砂条件下的缝型缝宽优选提供参考和借鉴。Mechanical screens are the main form of sand control for polymer injection wells in loose sandstone reservoirs.The selection and parameter optimization of screens should not only consider the sand control effect on formation sand,but also the viscosity retention of the polymer during the injection.The experiments of polymer injection through the screen,sand blocking and the after-blocking-injection were implemented.The blockage law of wire-wrapped screens with different slot widths were analyzed,and the comprehensive performance was compared in combination with the polymer viscosity retention rate.The results show that clean screen tube has low damage to the polymer viscosity,while it is greatly enhanced after the screen get blocked.The self-plugging removal ability during polymer reinjection plays a decisive role in polymer viscosity.The seam structure has an obvious influence on sand blocking.Whether it is conducive to the formation of sand deposition determines the blocking degree of screen pipe.The blocking degree of screen pipe is determined by whether it is conducive to the formation of sand deposition.For the target area with 130μm median particle size,the best comprehensive performance is observed in 180μm precision inverted trapezoidal slotted screen tube.Considering the shear viscosity reduction characteristics of screen pipe to polymer and sand blocking,a comprehensive comparison and evaluation method are provided,which can provide reference for the optimization of wire-wrapped screen pipe in polymer injection wells.
