摘  要:机动车与自行车争夺有限的道路资源,恶化了自行车骑行环境,如何改善自行车骑行环境并提高自行车道改善工作的决策水平是保障自行车出行的关键。从道路设施和交通运营两个方面分析筛选出13项骑行环境评价指标;基于拉格朗日条件极值原理综合运用包含层次分析法-熵值法的组合赋权法确定各项指标的权重系数,进而构建了城市自行车骑行环境模糊综合评判模型。最后选取北京市朝阳区部分道路为实例,进一步验证了模型的可行性。结果表明:根据道路状况和交通运营的评分高低确定自行车骑行环境改造的优先次序,可为较差的骑行环境提供明确的改造指导,避免无方向的盲目改造,从而以耗费更少的社会资源取得更优的骑行环境改善成效。Due to the limited road resources being competed by motor vehicles and bicycles,the cycling environment has been deteriorated.How to improve the cycling environment and improve the decision-making level of cycling lane improvement is the key to ensuring bicycle travel.The fuzzy synthetic evaluation model of urban cycling environment was proposed through the following two steps:13 evaluation indicators were analyzed and selected from road facilities and traffic operations.The weight coefficient of each indicator was determined by the combined weighting method that the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy method based Lagrangian conditional extremum principle.Finally,the feasibility of the model was further verified by selecting some roads in Chaoyang District,Beijing as an example.The research results show that the improvement priority of cycling environment based on road facilities and traffic operations scores can provide clear improvement guidance for the poor cycling environment.In this way,blind improvement measures without direction can be avoided,and thus a better effect of improving the cycling environment can be achieved with less social resources.
