摘 要:为研究化学镀镍次数对钛合金疲劳性能的影响,选取TC2钛合金作为代表材料,采用疲劳试验机和扫描电子显微镜对其空白试样与3次和5次化学镀镍返修试样的疲劳寿命和疲劳断口形貌进行了测试分析。旋转弯曲疲劳试验结果表明:化学镀镍返修次数越多,TC2试样在高载荷条件下的疲劳寿命越低;疲劳载荷越低,化学镀镍返修次数对TC2的疲劳寿命影响越小;当疲劳载荷接近疲劳极限时,5次以内的化学镀镍次数对疲劳极限数值无影响。疲劳断口观察结果表明:随着镀镍次数的增多,疲劳断口的疲劳源数量增多,疲劳扩展区和瞬断区形貌无差别。In order to study the influence of the number of electroless nickel plating on the fatigue properties of titanium alloys,TC2 titanium alloy was selected as the representative material.The fatigue properties of the blank specimens,three and five electroless nickel plating rework specimens were tested with a fatigue testing machine.The fatigue fracture morphology was tested and analyzed by a scanning electron microscope.The results of the rotating bending fatigue test show that the more the number of electroless nickel plating rework,the lower the fatigue life of the TC2 specimen under high load conditions.The lower the fatigue load,the less the number of electroless nickel plating rework will affect the fatigue life of TC2.When the load is close to the fatigue limit,the number of electroless nickel plating has little effect on the fatigue life value.Fatigue fracture observation results show that the number of fatigue sources of fatigue fracture increases,with the increase of nickel plating times.There is no difference in the morphology of fatigue expansion zone and instantaneous fracture zone.
