摘  要:通过水热法和化学修饰法在2000目304不锈钢基体上制备了超疏水不锈钢表面。研究了十四酸溶液浓度和修饰时间对表面疏水性的影响。采用扫描电镜、接触角测定仪、X射线衍射等表征技术对所制备的疏水表面进行了表征。结果表明十四酸溶液浓度为0.05 mol/L、修饰时间为1~5 h时能够制备出水接触角为157°、滚动角为5.9°的超疏水表面。表面具有良好的耐磨性,在经过20次胶带剥离后表面仍为超疏水表面。A superhydrophobic stainless steel surface was prepared on the 304 stainless steel substrate with 2000 mesh by hydrothermal and chemical modification methods.The influence of the concentration of myristic acid solution and modification time on the surface hydrophobicity was studied.Characterization techniques such as scanning electron microscopy,contact angle meter,and X-ray diffraction were used to characterize the prepared hydrophobic surface.The results show that a superhydrophobic surface with a water contact angle of 157°and a sliding angle of 5.9°can be prepared successfully when the concentration of myristic acid solution is 0.05 mol/L and the modification time is 1 to 5 hours.The surface has excellent abrasion resistance and is still super-hydrophobic after 20 times of tape peeling.
