摘  要:为促进我国海底电缆管道工程建设的高质量发展,文章基于相关业务需求和框架技术,设计与开发南海区海底电缆管道信息管理系统。研究结果表明:南海区海底电缆管道信息管理系统主要包括项目审批、项目监管、数据管理、综合展示、统计分析和后台管理6个模块,实现海底电缆管道审批流程标准化、审批过程信息化、线上和线下监管一体化、空间数据可视化以及综合统计分析图表化等功能,可为海底电缆管道审批全过程管理和建设全过程监管提供全面的技术支撑和辅助决策支持。In order to promote the high-quality development of submarine cable and pipeline engineering construction in China, this paper designed and developed the submarine cable and pipeline information management system in the South China Sea based on relevant business requirements and framework technology. The results showed that the South China Sea submarine cable and pipeline information management system mainly included 6 modules: project approval, project supervision, data management, comprehensive display, statistical analysis and background management. It realized the functions of standardization of submarine cable and pipeline approval process, informatization of approval process, integration of online and offline supervision, visualization of spatial data and chartization of comprehensive statistical analysis. It could provide comprehensive technical support and auxiliary decision support for the whole process management of submarine cable and pipeline approval and the whole process supervision of construction.
