摘　　要：青霉素类药物在临床使用前须做青霉素皮肤试验,但对于连续使用过程中,更换批号或厂家是否需要重新做皮试,目前没有明确规定,给临床带来了很大困扰。广西药学会循证药学专业委员会通过对青霉素类的药品分类、过敏反应的发生机制、皮试的预测作用、过敏原、皮试的临床价值以及国内外关于青霉素更换批号或厂家重新皮试的研究等问题进行了系统梳理,最终形成共识—在连续使用青霉素类药物的过程中,可不必因更换批号或厂家而重新做皮试。Penicillin skin test must be done before clinical use.However,there is currently no clear regulation on whether to change the batch numbers or the manufacturer needs to re-do the skin test in the process of continuous use,which has brought great difficulties to the clinical practice.Based on this,the Evidence-Based Pharmacy Professional Committee of Guangxi Pharmaceutical Association has systematically sorted out issues such as the classification of penicillins,the mechanism of allergic reactions,the predictive effect of skin tests,allergens,the clinical value of skin tests,and the related progress at home and abroad,and finally formed this consensus.In the process of continuous use of penicillins,there is no need to re-do the skin test due to changing batch numbers or manufacturers.
