医护合作培训模式在达芬奇机器人手术中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨医护合作培训模式在达芬奇机器人手术中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1~12月广西医科大学第一附属医院行达芬奇机器人手术的50名医护人员作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组25人,对照组采用传统培训方式,观察组在对照组基础上采用医护合作的培训模式。同期选取在本院接受达芬奇机器人手术的100例患者,亦分为观察组和对照组,分别在观察组医护人员和对照组医护人员的配合下进行手术,每组50例。比较两组医护人员的理论知识水平、相关操作完成时间和医护双方满意度,比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量及术后并发症发生率。结果:观察组医护人员的各项理论知识成绩高于对照组,各项操作时间低于对照组,医护双方满意度高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组患者手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:医护合作培训模式能提高医护人员相关理论及操作技能水平,提高医护满意度及达芬奇机器人手术效果。Objective:To explore the application effect of medical and nursing cooperation training mode in Da Vinci robot surgery.Methods:A total of 50 medical staff who underwent Da Vinci robot surgery in The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into observation grou and control group,with 25 case in each group.The control group adopted the traditional training method,while the observation group adopted the training mode of medical and nursing cooperation mode on the basis of the control group.In the same period,100 patients who underwent Da Vinci robot surgery in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group,with 50 patients in each group.Patients received operation under medical staff of the observation group and the control group respectively.The level of theoretical knowledge,the completion time of related operations and the satisfaction of both doctors and nurses were compared between the two groups,and the operation time,intraoperative blood loss and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of theoretical knowledge of the medical staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the operation time was lower,and the satisfaction of both doctors and nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05).The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than that of the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Medical and nursing cooperation training mode can improve the level of relevant theory and operation skills of medical staff,improve medical and nursing care satisfaction and the effect of Da Vinci robot surgery.
