摘 要:目的:掌握广西壮族自治区南宁市兴宁区中药资源现状,为兴宁区的中药资源保护、合理开发利用提供理论依据。方法:以第四次全国中药资源普查技术规范为指导,运用3S技术,采取野外样线和样方调查相结合的方法对兴宁区境内药用植物资源开展调查,整理该区药用植物的种类、分布、功效、出现频率、蕴藏量等数据并进行综合分析,为该区域药用植物的保护和合理开发提供决策参考。结果:共完成36个样地,180个样方套,1080个样方的调查工作,普查到植物522种,隶属128科376属。优势科有豆科、菊科、大戟科、桑科、芸香科、马鞭草科、茜草科、唇形科、茄科、锦葵科和夹竹桃科。结论:兴宁区野生药用植物资源丰富,多样性程度较高,今后应加强相应的保护工作,使资源得到可持续利用。Objective:To investigate the current situation of traditional Chinese medicine resources in Xingning District,Nanning City,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the protection,rational development and utilization of traditional Chinese medicine resources in Xingning District.Methods:Under the guidance of the Fourth Chinese Materia Medical(CMM)Resources Survey,3S technology was used to investigate the medical plant resources in Xingning District by means of field sample line and quadrat survey.The data of species,distribution,efficacy,occurrence frequency and reserves of medicinal plants in this area were sorted out and analyzed comprehensively,so as to provide decision-making reference for the protection and rational development of medicinal plants in this area.Results:A total of 36 sample plots,180 sets of quadrat and 1,080 quadrats were investigated.There were 522 species of plants,belonging to 128 families and 376 genera.The dominant families were Fabaceae,Compositae,Euphorbiaceae,Moraceae,Rutaceae,Verbenaceae,Rubiaceae,Labiatae,Solanaceae,Malvaceae and Apocynaceae.Conclusions:Xingning District is rich in wild medicinal plant resources and has a high degree of diversity.The corresponding protection work should be strengthened in the future so that the resources can be used sustainably.
