摘 要:目的:探讨治疗糖尿病的中医方药配伍规律。方法:检索1998年至2020年12月万方医学网和中国知网收录的中医及中西医结合诊治2型糖尿病的临床研究和个人经验类文献,对文献中采用的中药方剂和药味进行频数统计和逻辑分析,以获得首选药、常用药、首选性味、首选归经及首选功效。结果:共纳入40篇2型糖尿病文献,涉及方剂30种,包含药材78种,总频次244次,首选药是熟地黄和山药(4.92%、4.92%),常用药为茯苓、甘草、麦冬及生地(P<0.05);首选归经是胃经(56.97%),肺、肾归经次之(52.46%、55.33%);首选五味是甘味(73.36%),苦味也较常见(38.11%),而首选四性是温性药(38.11%),寒性药也较多(33.20%);首选功效是清热滋阴(50%),滋补肝肾和益气生津次之。结论:本统计结果可为开发治疗糖尿病的方药配伍规律提供参考依据。Objective To explore the low of compatibility of TCM prescriptions in the treatment of diabetes.Methods Retrieving the literatures of clinical research and personal experience on the diagnosis and treatment of type 2 diabetes by Chinese medicine and integrated Chinese and western medicine collected by Wanfang Medical Network from 1998 to December 2020,the frequency statistics and logical analysis were carried out to obtain the preferred drug,common drug,preferred taste,preferred meridian and preferred efficacy of TCM prescriptions and flavors.Results A total of 40 type 2 diabetes literatures were included,involving 30 prescriptions,including 78 medicinal materials,with a total frequency of 244 times,the preferred drugs were Rehmannia glutinosa and Chinese yam(4.92%,4.92%),and the common drugs were Poria,Licorice,Radix Ophiopogonis and Rhizoma Rhizoma(P<0.05);Gastric meridian was the first choice(56.97%),followed by lung and kidney meridians(52.46%,55.33%);the first five flavors were sweet(73.36%)and bitter(38.11%).The first four flavors were warm(38.11%)and cold(33.20%).The preferred effect is to clear heat and nourish Yin(50%),nourish liver and kidney,and replenish qi and nourish jin.Conclusion The statistical results can provide a reference for the development of the compatibility law of prescription in the treatment of diabetes.
