刘氏毫火针治疗顽固性面瘫30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察刘氏毫火针治疗顽固性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:将60例顽固性面瘫患者随机分为治疗组(刘氏毫火针组)和对照组(普通针刺组),每组各30例。对照组进行传统针刺治疗;治疗组进行刘氏毫火针治疗,两组均连续治疗4周,采用伦多评价系统(Sunnybrook)对面神经进行评分,对两组面神经功能损伤程度进行评估,并结合临床症状及体征改善情况,进行临床治疗评价。结果:两组Sunnybrook评分均较治疗前显著升高,且治疗后治疗组Sunnybrook评分显著高于同期对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血清IgA、IgG、IgM等免疫球蛋白水平显著降低,且治疗后治疗组血清IgA、IgG、IgM等免疫球蛋白水平显著低于同期对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组临床总有效率为86.67%,显著高于对照组的66.67%,组间差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用刘氏毫火针技术对顽固性面瘫患者进行治疗,临床疗效可靠,能够降低血清IgA、IgG、IgM免疫球蛋白水平,值得在临床进行推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Liu s filiform needle in the treatment of intractable facial paralysis.Methods 60 patients with intractable facial paralysis were randomly divided into treatment group(Liu s filiform needle group)and control group(conventional acupuncture group),30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with Liu s filiform needle.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The facial nerve function of the two groups was evaluated by Sunnybrook scoring system,and the clinical treatment was evaluated in combination with the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs.Results The Sunnybrook scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the Sunnybrook scores of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group after treatment,the difference in two groups was significant(P<0.05);The serum levels of immunoglobulin such as IgA,IgG,IgM of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the serum levels of immunoglobulin such as IgA,IgG,IgM of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group after treatment,the difference in two groups was significant(P<0.05).The clinical total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,which was 66.67%of the control group,the difference in two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Liu s filiform fire acupuncture has a good clinical effect in the treatment of refractory facial paralysis,which can reduce the serum levels of immunoglobulin such as IgA,IgG,IgM,and is worthy of clinical application.
