煤矿智能化设备安全标志管理及应用研究

摘　　要：矿用产品安全标志是我国行之有效的煤矿安全生产基本制度,是从源头上防止煤矿灾害事故发生的重要管理措施。当前,煤矿智能化建设推动煤矿新技术新设备蓬勃发展,但安全基础技术研究相对滞后,对新技术新设备安全标志的管理带来了新的挑战。通过分析安全标志申办数据,煤矿新技术新设备存在的安全问题,提出应针对新技术新设备安全标志管理中的防爆安全技术、井下新能源安全技术、井下多网通信安全技术3个重点研究方向,从优化新技术新设备安全标志管理程序、强化安全标志科技创新、加大技术标准引领作用方面,探索建立推动行业科技进步的安全标志工作机制,以调整优化安全标志管理,支撑矿用设备科技发展和煤矿智能化建设。Mining products safety certification is an effective basic system of coal mine safety production in China,and an important management measure to prevent coal mine disasters and accidents from the source.At present,the intelligent construction of coal mines promotes the vigorous development of new technologies and equipment in coal mines,while the safety certification of new technologies and equipment has faced new challenges due to the lag of basic safety technology research.By analyzing the data of safety approval and certification and the safety problems of new technologies and equipment,the paper puts forward that aiming at the three key research directions of explosion-proof safety technology,underground new energy safety technology and underground multi-network communication safety technology in the safety certification of new technologies and equipment,a safety certification working mechanism should be explored and established to promote the scientific and technological progress of the industry in terms of optimizing the procedures of safety certification of new technologies and new equipment,strengthening the scientific and technological innovation of safety certification,increasing the leading role of technical standards,so as to adjust and optimize the safety certification and support the scientific and technological development of mining equipment and the intelligent construction of coal mines.
