国内智慧矿山标准可转化为国际标准的选择策略研究——以露天煤矿为例

摘　　要：智慧矿山建设已经成为煤矿企业实现高质量发展的必由之路,智慧矿山标准是实现智慧矿山深度互联互通的重要保障,将具有潜力的国内智慧矿山标准转化为国际标准,有助于提高我国煤炭产业的国际竞争力。基于此,提出了国内智慧矿山标准可转化为国际标准的选择策略,分析了国内外智慧矿山标准发展现状,详细阐述了国内智慧矿山标准可转化为国际标准的研究方法。以露天煤矿为例,研究了国内露天煤矿标准和智慧露天煤矿国际标准的研制方向,研究表明,我国智慧矿山标准可转化为国际标准的选择策略具备可行性,露天煤矿绿色管理标准、无人驾驶标准以及信息通讯标准的研制方向与目前采矿国际标准发展相关方面的要求相吻合;认为,煤炭领域国际标准研制在当前和今后一段时期内有较大的国际市场需求。The construction of smart mines has become the only way for mining enterprises to achieve high-quality development,and the intelligent coal mine standards are important guarantee for realizing deeper interconnection of intelligent mines.Converting potential domestic intelligent mine standards into international standards will help improve the international competitiveness of my country's coal industry.On the basis,the paper proposes a selection strategy of converting domestic intelligent mine standards into international standards,analyzes the development status of intelligent mine standards at home and abroad,and expounds in detail the research methods that domestic smart mine standards can be transformed into international standards.Taking open-pit coal mine as an example,the paper has studied the development direction of domestic open-pit coal mine standards and international standards of intelligent open-pit coal mine,and the research shows that the selection strategy of converting China's intelligent mine standards into international standards is feasible,and the development direction of green management standards,unmanned driving standards and information communication standards of open-pit coal mine is consistent with the requirements of the current development of international mining standards.It is believed that the development of international standards in the coal field will have a great demand in the international market at present and in the future.
