选煤厂能耗标准与节能降耗技术研究

摘　　要：在“能耗双控”的政策指引下,选煤厂高标准节能降耗势在必行。介绍了目前我国选煤厂节能降耗标准建设现状,分析了选煤厂电耗物耗的来源和在节能降耗方面存在的主要问题;有些选煤厂在电耗、水耗等能耗物耗标准建设上存在整体标准偏低、标准不健全和工艺不合理等问题。提出选煤厂节能降耗具体举措;认为,采用先进的选煤技术工艺及其装备非常关键,并对新型高效原料煤不预排矸、不分级、不脱泥无压给料三产品重介质选煤技术工艺先进的节能降耗性能、关键技术及装备进行了系统阐述,介绍了其工业应用效果。Under the guidance of the policy of dual control of total energy consumption and consumption intensity,it was imperative to save energy and reduce consumption with high standards in coal preparation plants.The current construction situation of energy conservation and consumption reduction standards for coal preparation plants in China was introduced,and the sources of power and material consumption in coal preparation plants and the main problems existing in energy conservation and consumption reduction were analyzed.In the construction of energy and material consumption standards such as power consumption and water consumption,there were many problems in some coal preparation plants such as low overall standards,imperfect standards and unreasonable processes,on the basis,the specific measures for energy conservation and consumption reduction in coal preparation plants were put forward.It was considered that it was very important to adopt advanced coal preparation technology and equipment,and the advanced energy-saving and consumption reduction performance,key technology and equipment of the new high-efficiency raw coal three-product heavy medium coal preparation technology without pre-discharge of gangue,classification,desliming and pressure feeding were expounded in detail,and its industrial application effects were introduced.
