摘 要:为助力我国“双碳”目标的实现,需要建立科学、完善、合理的煤炭节能低碳技术标准体系,以指导相关节能低碳技术的发展。系统梳理了我国煤炭节能低碳相关标准,按照时间维、逻辑维和知识维组成的立体空间结构对煤炭行业节能低碳标准体系展开研究,主要从煤炭开采和煤炭加工利用这2方面分析了我国煤炭节能低碳技术标准体系发展现状,并结合我国“双碳”发展目标的需求,提出完善煤炭行业节能低碳技术标准体系的具体建议。In order to help achieve the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality for China,it is necessary to establish an scientific,complete and appropriate coal energy-saving and low-carbon technology standard system to guide the development of relevant energy-saving and low-carbon technologies.This paper systematically combs the relevant standards of coal energy-saving and low-carbon field,studies the energy-saving and low-carbon standard system of the coal industry according to the three-dimensional spatial structure composed of time dimension,logic dimension and knowledge dimension,analyzes the development status of China's coal energy-saving and low-carbon technology standard system from the two aspects of coal mining and coal processing and utilization,and puts forward the development suggestions to improve the energy-saving and low-carbon technology standard system of the coal industry according to the needs of development goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.
