加强煤矿企业安全生产标准化管理体系建设研究探讨

摘　　要：从煤矿安全生产标准化体系创建、达标条件、要素权重等方面,综合分析了煤矿安全生产标准化体系的发展历程。结合当前煤矿企业安全生产标准化考核实际,分析了煤矿安全生产标准化建设现存的突出问题,提出加强煤矿企业安全生产标准化建设的具体思路;认为,煤矿企业需要从构建企业文化入手,真正塑造以人为本的企业安全发展理念;要将安全风险分级管控体系真正融入煤矿安全管理,以质量控制达标为核心,创建持续改进的安全生产标准化循环达标工作体系;推广应用安全生产信息管理系统。对煤矿企业安全生产标准化建设的路径进行了简要探讨。The development process of standardization system of coal mine safety production is comprehensively analyzed from the aspects of standardization establish,standard conditions,factor weight and so on.Combined with the actual situation of coal mine enterprise safety production standardization assessment,this paper analyzes the main potential problems existing in the current coal mine standardization construction,and proposes the specific thoughts to strengthen the coal mine enterprise safety production standardization construction.It is believed that the coal mine enterprise needs to start with the construction of enterprise culture,so as to truly shape the people-oriented concept of enterprise safety development;truly integrate the safety risk hierarchical management and control system into the coal mine safety management,create a continuously improved safety production standardization cycle standard working system with the quality control standard as the core;popularize and apply the safety production information management system.This paper briefly discusses the construction path of the coal mine enterprise safety production standardization.
