摘 要:利用SWOT方法进行分析,可以看出黄河三角洲文旅产业开发的优势在于文化底蕴深厚、地理区位优越、自然生态系统独具特色等,劣势在于文旅资源开发与资源禀赋不匹配、文化品牌特色不突出、文化传播影响力较弱、文化消费质量不高等。中央的文旅产业政策、山东省新旧动能转换工程、黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展战略为黄河三角洲文旅产业开发提供了难得的机遇。人口少、城市能级不足、文化产业小而散、缺乏创意要素的支撑等是黄河三角洲文旅产业开发面临的主要挑战。开发黄河三角洲文旅产业,一是要坚持保护优先;二是要加强黄河文化遗产的系统保护与传承;三是打造具有国际影响力的黄河文化旅游带;四是加大孙子文化旅游品牌等特色资源的开发;五是深入挖掘黄河文化蕴含的时代价值;六是讲好黄河故事,积极推介文旅资源。By the analysis of using SWOT method,it can be found that the culture and tourism industry development in the Yellow River Delta has such advantages as rich cultural deposits,superior geographical location,unique natural ecosystem,and has such disadvantages as mismatching of cultural tourism resource development and resource endowment,less prominent characteristics of cultural brand,weak influence of cultural communication,low quality of cultural consumption.The rare opportunity for the culture and tourism industry development in the Yellow River Delta lies in the Party Central Committee's culture and tourism industry policy,Shandong Province's project of the replacement of the old drivers of growth,and the strategy of ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Valley.The main challenge for the culture and tourism industry development in the Yellow River Delta is less population,inadequate urban function,small and scattered cultural industry,and lack of creative element support,etc.The countermeasures and suggestions for developing the culture and tourism industry in the Yellow River Delta are as follows.Firstly,the protection should be given priority to;secondly,the systematic protection and inheritance of cultural heritage of the Yellow River should be strengthened;thirdly,the cultural tourism belt of the Yellow River with international influence should be built;fourthly,the development of Sun Zi's cultural tourism brand and other characteristic resources should be intensified;fifthly,the time value of the Yellow River culture should be excavated in depth;sixthly,the Yellow River story should be told well and the cultural tourism resources should be actively promoted.
