摘 要:为研究通过产量调控生产管柱泄漏诱发持续环空压力的可行性,建立基于环空流体分布与压力关系的生产管柱泄漏诱发环空起压模型,利用体积相容性原则和小孔泄漏描述气体泄漏与聚集的过程。根据动量守恒与能量守恒,揭示产量对气体泄漏及环空起压过程的调控机理。研究结果表明:不同产量下的环空起压过程在最大值、上升速度和上升周期等方面存在显著差异,其主要机理是产量的上升增加了生产管柱内的流动摩阻,降低了泄漏点处的压差;同时,泄漏点温度的上升也起到降低泄漏速率、控制环空压力的作用;最大环空压力随着产量的增加而降低;在进行调产配产时,应充分考虑产量对气井油套环空压力的影响,从而确保环空压力不超过最大环空允许值。To study the feasibility to regulate the sustained annular pressure caused by production tubing string leakage through the production rate,a model of annular pressure rising caused by production tubing string leakage based on the relationship between annular fluid distribution and pressure was established,and the processes of gas leakage and accumulation were described by using the volume compatibility principle and small-hole leakage.According to the conservation law of momentum and energy,the regulation mechanism of production rate on the gas leakage and annulus pressure rising process was revealed.The analysis indicated that there were significant difference in the maximum value,rising speed and rising period of the annular pressure rising process under different production rates,and the main mechanism was that the flow friction in the production tubing string increased as the production rate increased,while the pressure difference at the leakage point decreased.Meanwhile,the increase of temperature at the leakage point also played the role in reducing the leakage rate and controlling the annular pressure.The maximum annulus pressure decreased as the production rate increased.In the process of production regulation and allocation,the influence of production rate on the tubing-casing annular pressure of gas well should be fully considered to ensure that the annular pressure does not exceed the maximum allowable annular pressure.
