摘　　要：2001年以来,尽管我国农产品进口贸易持续高涨,世界排名攀升,产品种类增多,来源渠道增扩,但还存在着进口贸易增势过于迅猛、总体格局严重失衡,来源渠道拓展不足、市场集中度偏高,产品种类数量有限、贸易结构尚不合理,非法走私活动频仍、扰乱正常进口秩序等问题。当下,如何进一步深化国内农业供给侧改革,提升国际竞争力,平衡贸易格局;促进农业“走出去”,打造全产业链;实施多元化战略,优化贸易结构;打击违法行为,维护正常秩序;实现农产品贸易可持续健康发展,确保国家农业经济安全,应成为我们认真研究的课题。Since 2001 the agricultural products import trade in China has kept going up with its world rank rising,the sources expanding and the product category increasing.There still exist some problems.For instance,the import trade is increasing too rapidly;the trade pattern is seriously out of balance;the expansion of the source markets is limited;the market is comparatively concentrated;the number of the product category is not enough;the product trade structure is still unreasonable;there often occur smuggles which disturb the import order.In the new era,China should deepen the domestic agricultural supply-side reform,improve the international competitiveness,balance the trade pattern,promote agriculture“going out”,build the whole trade chain,implement the diversification strategy,optimize the trade structure,take strong measures against illegal smuggling,maintain the normal import order and promote the healthy sustainable development of the agricultural trade,so as to guarantee the national safety interest of the agricultural economy.
