摘 要:在阀门系统中,密封结构参数的合理设计对阀门系统性能的提升具有重要意义。以NSP6-Class300硬密封管线平板闸阀的浮动阀座结构参数为研究重点,对浮动阀座-闸板密封结构的强度、接触应力以及灵敏度情况进行分析,并利用响应面法对浮动阀座的主要结构参数进行多目标优化,得到了一种可快速高效设计此类阀门的方法。分析结果表明,密封面中径R2对密封结构最大总变形量的敏感度最高;密封面中径R2和密封面宽度D2对密封结构最大等效应力和最大接触应力的敏感度最高;随着R2的增大,最大等效应力和最大接触应力在某一局部区间内出现先升高后降低的趋势,且出现极值;随着D2的增大,最大接触应力和最大等效应力呈非线性变化,在某一局部区间内出现先升高后降低的现象。优化后浮动阀座-闸板密封结构的最大等效应力降低23.5%,最大接触应力降低19.2%,质量减轻9.5%。In all kinds of valve systems,the reasonable design of sealing structure parameters is of great significance to the improvement of system performance.Based on the structural parameters of floating valve seat of NSP6-Class300 hard seal pipeline plate gate valve,the strength,contact stress and sensitivity of floating valve-seat gate seal structure were analyzed,and the main structural parameters of floating valve seat were optimized by response surface method,and a fast and efficient design method of this kind of valve was obtained.The results show that the middle diameter R2 of the sealing surface is the most sensitive to the maximum total deformation,the middle diameter R2 and the width D2 of the sealing surface are the most sensitive to the maximum equivalent stress and the maximum contact stress,with the increase of R2 and D2,the maximum equivalent stress continues to decrease,and with the increase of D2,the maximum contact stress changes nonlinear,and the maximum contact stress increases first and then decreases.After optimization,the maximum equivalent stress decreased by 23.5%,the maximum contact stress decreased by 19.2%,and the mass decreased by 9.5%.
